Honey (Kosher Connections Linkup, September 2012)

It feels like yesterday that I submitted my Grilled Chicken with Mango BBQ sauce for last month’s Kosher Recipe link up. with Rosh Hashana, the Jewish New Year, just days away, this month’s theme ingredient is Honey, in line with the Jewish tradition of eating sweet foods to inspire us to have a sweet new year. With a newborn at home, our year is set to be sweeter than honey, but I have not had a moment to create a dish with this month’s secret ingredient. That said, I don’t want to deprive you of the dishes shared by these other wonderful foodie friends of mine, so I present to you this month’s Kosher Recipe Roundup.
